Every year hundreds of students meet at the NMU to speak about the results of their research studies, exchange information about innovations in their field of expertise, find partners for joint scientific studies which could grow into serious international projects.

Both undergraduate and post-graduate students take part in the sessions, one can meet future miners and future economists here. University students from Poland, Russia, Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Cyprus, Jordan and Ukraine get friendly welcome in Dnipropetrovsk at the NMU. Our geographic horizons widen every year.

The International Forum for Students and young Researchers "Widening Our Horizons" is being held by the department of Foreign languages annually starting from 2006. The official languages of the Forum are English, German and French.
